What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payment by MasterCard, Visa or American Express only.

Do you ship out of the USA?
No, we currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states.

What is the return policy?
We accept valid returns for 30 days from the original merchandise ship date.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Most orders ship out of our warehouse on the next business day after your order has been placed. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges vary by the volume of the purchase and shipping method selected.
Orders are generally shipped by standard ground transportation. Expedited shipping methods can also be selected for an additional charge.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you reside in the State of North Carolina, yes you must pay Sales Tax. Tax is calculated and added to your order automatically if you indicate that you are a resident of NC at checkout.
If you are a reseller and you reside in the State of North Carolina you can fax a copy of your NC Sales and Use Tax Permit to 866-515-2007 and taxes will be removed from your order.
If you reside outside of North Carolina, you DO NOT pay Sales Tax.

How can I address a question regarding my invoice?

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits are issued once the merchandise has been returned to our warehouse and has been inspected, approved and processed. Please allow 5-14 Business Days from receipt of returned apparel for a credit to be issued and an additional 2-4 Business Days for your Credit Card Issuer to post the credit to your account.

An item is missing from my shipment.
Be sure to inspect your shipment carefully. If you find that your order was short please notify us within 72 hours. Shipping weights from the carrier will be compared against your order to determine if the apparel was pulled during shipment or if the apparel was shorted at the warehouse. If it is determined that our warehouse made a mistake we will ship the apparel out immediately at no expense.

Has my order shipped?
You will receive an email from evaluehouse.com once your order has shipped from our warehouse. Depending on the shipping method, you may be sent a tracking number that will allow you to track the package from the carrier’s web site.

How do I increase/decrease quantities on an order?
Orders from our web site are received by our warehouse very shortly after submission. Therefore, to modify an order before it is processed, you will need to contact our customer service department as soon as possible. From Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM EST) you may call our toll free number at 866-525-8008. After these hours you may send an email . Orders are processed on business days during our regular business hours.
