Return Policy
At evaluehouse.com, we strive to provide superior
customer satisfaction. However, because the nature of our business is selling
deep-discount and overstock goods, we must set some return limitations. Thank
you for honoring these return policies, so that we can keep our business
costs low and continue to bring you top quality goods at the lowest prices
possible.
Following
is our return policy:
- Returned goods must be shipped back
to evaluehouse.com within 30 days from the original ship date. Items
received after this time period will not be accepted for return and will
be shipped back to you.
- When goods are returned within the 30 day return
window, we will refund your order less handling fees and the original
shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all orders.
- All
returned items must be in their original condition including packaging.
Embroidered, screenprinted or otherwise embellished goods are non-returnable.
If these conditions are not met, we will return the items to you.
If you reject the return shipment, evaluehouse.com reserves the right to
liquidate the goods and withhold credit. All costs for return shipping
must be paid by the customer.
How to return an item
Simply go to our web site and click on the Customer Service link on the homepage.
On the Customer Service page, select the Return Request button. A form requesting
your customer information, invoice number and invoice date will appear. You
will also be asked to provide a brief explanation for the reason you would
like to return the item. Please be specific. When the form is complete press
submit and it will be received by our customer service department. Within
3 business days you will receive an email from customer service with a Return
Authorization Code for your return. Once you receive this, please mark it
clearly on your return label on the package and send it back to us. Remember,
returns must be received within 30 days from the original ship date. The
customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and we highly recommend
using a trackable carrier for your protection.
After the merchandise is received, inspected and found to be in compliance
with our return policy, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase
price of the item minus the shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking
fee where applicable.
Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly
as possible. Processing returns can be complicated. Please allow 10 to 14
business days after we receive the items to process your credit.
